The Škoda KAROQ’s generously sized luggage compartment makes it possible to transport high-dimensional objects. This unique fold-out mat with a bumper cover is designed to perfectly protect the luggage compartment and rear seats against soiling. When transporting high dimensional objects, the user can simply fold out the mat and lay it over the folded-down rear seats, in which case the plastic side of the mat is up.
On the other side the mat can be spread over the vehicle’s loading edge. The plastic surface perfectly prevents dirt such as dust, sand, mud, water, snow, etc. from getting to the floor. The boot cover is used to prevent soiling of the clothes worn by persons placing objects into the boot while protecting the bumper against minor scratches and dents. When folded up, the upper surface is a high-quality textile fabric – any impurities trapped on the plastic side are inside the mat and are invisible. Moreover, the textile side of the mat enhances the overall look of the boot.
Having decided which of the two sides is better in the situation concerned, the user simply lays the mat accordingly.The mat does not need to be fastened, as it perfectly copies the boot shape, and can be taken out easily and cleaned using ordinary detergents. You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Contact Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive, security or VIN specific products) are non-returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Skoda and come with a 12-month Skoda parts warranty from the invoice date.

You will need to provide the Skoda invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.
