Provide your ENYAQ iV electric SUV with protection against the weather during charging. Just place this charging port cover from the Škoda Genuine Accessories range around the car’s AC connector. This will prevent snow and dirt from getting into the charging port, helping you to keep it clean even when the weather is bad.
Installation is simple, thanks to the double-push mechanism, which makes it easy to secure the cover to the charging door lock mechanism with a simple push. In addition, the cover is fitted with a lens that allows you to easily watch the charging status even with the cover on.
The cover is manufactured from high-quality TPE material and is designed only for AC cables.

Limitations:
-Do not use when charging with a DC cable. Any slight leak around the AC connectors from other manufacturers is not considered to be a failure and is not a reason for a warranty claim
The cover does not provide water-tight insulation of the charging point. The shield above the connector aperture prevents water from entering the connector itself. The cover is only designed for protection during the charging process. When charging is complete, the cover should be removed, stowed away and the port closed

Refunds & Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Contact Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example left-hand drive, security or VIN specific products) are non-returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Contact Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Skoda and come with a 12-month Skoda parts warranty from the invoice date.

Skoda parts warranty concerns can be dealt with at any Skoda UK dealer via appointment. To find your closest dealership click here.

You will need to provide the Skoda invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.

Delivery Information

All our mainland United Kingdom deliveries are made by UK Mail. Tracking number(s) and links to the UK Mail website are sent once the parcel has been collected, both by email and text message (if a mobile telephone number has been supplied).
