It is made from plastic polyurethane, which is shaped by means of reaction injection moulding. This technology prevents stresses within the material, as well as deformation. As a result, the spoiler is very strong and robust. When it is supplied, the spoiler has already been surface treated with filler.
Once it has been painted, it matches the colour of the vehicle perfectly. Adhesive sealant is used to adhere it to the surface of the boot lid. Pieces of 3M self-adhesive tape are used on the underside of the spoiler to make sure it stays in place. The contact surface of the roof spoiler follows the contour of the boot lid surface and the brake light. To complete the look of your vehicle’s exterior perfectly, this spoiler can be combined with the front bumper spoiler and the diffuser.

In the event that the vehicle is involved in a traffic accident, the damaged part must always be replaced (or, if appropriate, repaired). Then a new roof spoiler can be fitted.
