24 hours a day, 365 days a year, your Škoda KAROQ is always prepared to hit the road, regardless of the season and weather. However, in bad weather the car’s interior may get soiled with impurities trapped on the car driver and passengers’s clothes and shoes.
While the all-weather interior mats prevent impurities from getting to the floor, this all-weather tunnel mat made of high-quality thermoplastic protects the centre tunnel against impurities (such as dust, sand, gravel, mud, water, snow,etc.) The mat’s unique shape perfectly moulds the profile of the centre tunnel while maintaining its original look.
Moreover, the mat can be taken out easily and cleaned using ordinary detergents. Stringent material-strain lab tests and long-term road tests have proven the mat’s high resistance to mechanical strain in both dry and wet conditions
These front mats are fixed in place by snapping the reinforced circular recesses on the floor pins. The mat’s proper positioning needs to be checked before each trip. When replacing the mats, the original mats ar taken out first and only then the new ones are placed in. Layering the mats up and driving with the front mats not fixed in place is prohibited for safety reasons.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Contact Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for a refund to show on your account.

Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Skoda and come with a 12-month Skoda parts warranty from the invoice date.

Skoda parts warranty concerns can be dealt with at any Skoda UK dealer via appointment. To find your closest dealership click here.

You will need to provide the Skoda invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.
