It prevents in windscreen washing system, wiping bars and nozzles freezing. It is suitable for fan nozzles. It removes dusty dirt, insect traces as well as greasy deposits without smudges during several seconds without any damage of body paint or plastic components of the car. Carry out concentrate diluting in the windscreen washer tank in accordance with the instructions stated on the agent packing. The agent is perfumed and has pleasant smell. Use the agents when windscreen is dirty. Remember that clear view out of the car contributes substantially to improvement of safety during your journeys.

2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return
Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.
A full refund of your purchase price (without the original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.
We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Warranty
All products unless stated are supplied via Skoda and come with a 12-month Skoda parts warranty from the invoice date.

You will need to provide the Skoda invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.

Delivery Information
Items held in stock to be delivered within 2-3 working days where possible. Items that need to be ordered from Skoda may take 3-4 working days.
Our delivery times run from Monday to Friday. The cut off time is 1 pm daily.
Delivery to England, Scotland (excluding Highlands) and Wales is calculated within the basket.
Highlands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man areas are also calculated within the basket.
All our mainland United Kingdom deliveries are made by UK Mail. Tracking number(s) and links to the UK Mail website are sent once the parcel has been collected, both by email and text message (if a mobile telephone number has been supplied).
